PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy is a serious issue, and I will do everything within my power to make sure that no harm comes from the use of an app/game downloaded from the google play store, and used by anyone who wants to engage in the activity.

F3ND1MUS does not collect any data on anyone for any purpose, BUT some of the companies such as GOOGLE through GOOGLE ADMOB who provide mobile gaming ads, or any other THIRD PARTY company MAY be asking for users to OPT IN for data collection to enhance user experiences with ads being displayed during gaming experience, this is the world we live in.

I don’t collect any EMAILS, I don’t collect and information unless it is required by Unity or Google for playing the game and I am unaware of it, I do not knowingly take information, if there is an IN APP PURCHASE, that is done through a third party service, and they MAY be doing things with that information which is why I provided the links below to Google and Unity.

Who the games are for

I am currently a one man studio, working to produce fun simple games, mainly directed towards assisting and helping adults with maintaining and improving mental function through usage of apps that require exercising the critical thinking and basic functions such as memory or other basic tasks.

POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services. If you are under 16, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal data. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
